Any duplicate accounts identified will be suspended immediately, and any Balance held in such accounts may be confiscated.

All financial transactions on the Speed88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Speed88 supports the following payment methods for deposits: DuitNow Transfer, FPX Online Banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and selected cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT).
The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction. Speed88 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Speed88 is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment processors.
Funds deposited into your Account are held solely for the purpose of facilitating gameplay on the Speed88 platform and may not be transferred to another player's account or used for any purpose other than placing bets and participating in promotions. Speed88 segregates player funds from operational funds to protect your Balance in all circumstances.
Speed88 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds. Deposits made from payment methods not registered in your name may be reversed and the relevant Account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your Account dashboard. All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Speed88 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 3 minutes on average; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any additional verification requirements.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the limits and availability of that payment method. Speed88 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the identity and payment method details of the withdrawing player before processing any withdrawal.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Speed88 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Speed88 intellectual property without the prior written consent of Speed88.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Speed88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Speed88 platform, even if Speed88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Speed88 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, and third-party service disruptions may affect platform availability. Speed88 will endeavour to notify players of scheduled maintenance in advance where reasonably practicable.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit Speed88's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by Speed88's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Speed88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an Account is closed for any reason other than a violation of these Terms, any real-money Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the player via the original deposit payment method, after deducting any applicable bonus funds or amounts subject to ongoing investigation.
